MeetinVR team have created incredible technology supporting virtual meetings. Their creative team have crafted beautiful and inspiring demo videos showing various virtual meeting rooms and their benefits for international teams. As VR technology is fast approaching business environments, MeetinVR faced their main challenge of exposing their high-quality branded videos to the right audience. As LinkedIn gathers their key buyers, MeetinVR wanted to run a LinkedIn marketing campaign in order to:

MeetinVR collaborated with BrandRefer thanks to their expertise in B2B LinkedIn influencer campaign execution. Their objective was to launch a targeted brand awareness campaign with the support of 10 micro-influencers. In order to achieve the desired goal, their team set clear target audience criteria, identified key influencer’s characteristics, and selected their product video as the main content piece for promotion.

Outline and content
MeetinVR brand awareness campaign was fully executed within 2 weeks. Chosen video content was promoted specifically for the LinkedIn audience with the help of 10 strategic B2B micro-influencers. Campaign results and updates were shared throughout the campaign process.
For this campaign, MeetinVR provided a URL to their latest promotional video. By setting up a UTM link in the post, the campaign was easily tracked for later analysis and KPI measures.

In total, following MeetinVR campaign guidelines, BrandRefer secured 10 micro-influencers with rich followings of technology and innovation professionals. Strategically selected network exposed MeetinVR product video to professionals across Mid-to-Enterprise companies in EMEA region.
